BUSINESS PRICE LIST

LAND GRADING / LEVELING                      PRICED UPON FREE INSPECTION

POOL SITE PATIO GRADE ONLY                          $200.

POOL SITE BACKFILL WITH PATIO GRADE        $250.

POOL SITE FINAL CLEAN & TRASH REMOVAL     $200. plus DUMP FEES

1^ST load of trash is included. Each additional load is $75.00 plus the dump fee. (All dump fees added to job cost and paid when billed)

POOL SITE FINAL CLEAN / NO HAULING             $200.

(Only moving trash and debris to front of the job & leaving for a different pick up)

SIDEWALK CUTTING & REMOVAL                     $150. PER SECTION.

BOBCAT ASV RC-50 AND AN OPERATOR             $ 225 for the 3 HOUR MINIMUM

      Full track skid steer loader with an experienced operator
      If the 3 hour minimum is met there is no fuel surcharge
      If the 3 hour minimum is met there is no travel time charge

SIMPLE HAUL-OUTS   .                                        $165. plus DUMP FEES.

Removal of debris from front of job only. Clean up trash area only (1^ST load of trash is included. Each additional load is $75.00 plus the dump fee)

DRIVEWAY REMOVALS.

   Priced upon inspection plus Dump Fees.

SOD REMOVAL.

   Priced upon inspection plus Dump Fees.

LANDSCAPE GRADE

   Priced upon inspection plus Dump Fees

PAYMENT DUE UPON COMPLETION OF JOB

Job fees include the first load but all dump fees must be added to the price.

Each additional dump load is $75. plus Dump fees
